  • 300g ground almonds
  • 300g pure icing sugar (without corn flour added to it)
  • 110g liquefied egg whites (see below)
  • + 300g caster sugar
  • 40g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 75g water
  • 110g liquefied egg whites
  • 1 pkt Tim Tam cookies (regular kind, roughly chopped)
  • Frosting
  • 1 batch chocolate ganache frosting (recipe: thescranline.com)
