Tim Tam Slam Macarons
- For the macaron shells:
- 300g ground almonds
- 300g pure icing sugar (without corn flour added to it)
- 110g liquefied egg whites (see below)
- + 300g caster sugar
- 40g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 75g water
- 110g liquefied egg whites
- 1 pkt Tim Tam cookies (regular kind, roughly chopped)
- Frosting
- 1 batch chocolate ganache frosting (recipe: thescranline.com)
